Food Science I

Food Science is an activity-designed course where students develop skills necessary for preparing their own meals. Learning experiences include time management, meal planning, nutrition, quick and yeast breads, eggs, microwaving, fruits and vegetables and pastries. The course combines class work and lab work to give students an intellectual and hands-on experience.
