Food Science II

This course is for the student who has completed Food Science and wants to acquire more knowledge and advanced level skills. Learning experiences will include cake decorating, soups, salads, beef, poultry, foreign foods, food related careers, and meal planning and entertaining. The course combines class work and lab work to give students an intellectual and hands-on experience.
