FHS Students Qualify to Compete at the National Thespian Convention

At the 2014 State Thespian Convention, Carmen Legg and Aziza Gharib qualified to compete at the National Thespian Convention in the duet acting category.  The Education Foundation sponsored the girls for the convention to make it easier for them to attend the event, which was held at The University of Nebraska.  They received an accomplished rating at the competition, which is the highest rating possible.  One judge gave them a perfect score!  Congratulations to these talented actresses and best wishes on their next competition in December!

FHS Booster Club Meeting 11/9

Please join the FHS Booster Club for their November meeting on Monday, November 9. These are exciting times!  Some things we will be voting on is helping to fund continuing education training for our FHS head coaching staff in all sports and voting in Vice President.  (Currently, Kristine Bartz is running for this position and has been doing the job already).

Thanksgiving Dinner In A Box Food Drive

The Frederick High School Student Council, in cooperation with the Town of Frederick and Rocky Mountain Christian Church, will be holding a Thanksgiving Dinner in a Box food drive from November 1 to November 15 to help provide holiday food baskets to community members.

FHS National Honor Society Thanksgiving Appreciation Dinner

The Frederick High School National Honor Society is hosting a Thanksgiving Appreciation Dinner for our emergency personnel at the Station 2 Firehouse on November 25th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.  They are seeking food donations and volunteers for the event.  Please contact Mrs. Revielle at to arrange a pickup time and location. Softball Qualifies for State Tournament

Congratulations to our lady softball team for qualifying for the CHSAA  state softball tournament.  They will be playing at 10:00 am on Friday, October 23 at the Aurora complex.  Good luck ladies, and coaches.  We are proud of you.
