With over 20 years of teaching experience, I continue to be passionate about the field of education! I feel so grateful that I can still say..."I love what I do!" I hold a Masters Degree from the great state of New York where I attended Nazareth University. I have had valuable opportunities to work in diverse environments including private schools and in districts serving both urban and rural communities at different stages along the way. Much of my career has been spent at the middle school level teaching English Language Arts and in recent years, I started considering a switch to high school. After moving to Longmont in the summer of 2023, I graciously accepted the opportunity to join the team here at Frederick and I truly couldn't be happier!

OUT OF SCHOOL FUN 

Explorer, music fanatic, artist, gardener, camper, cyclist, hiker, skier, and anything that involves water - all define my overall make up. Essentially, I will do anything that keeps me active and connected to the natural world. I have been fortunate to have traveled to 47 of our 50 states, have visited the Carribean several times and have beaten paths in both France and Italy. Exposure to new places and diverse cultures is what feeds my soul. I am a mother to 2 sons and a "Gigi" to 4 beautiful grandchildren who bring me tremendous joy!
