Counseling Overview

Frederick High School and St. Vrain Valley Schools priorities student well-being and support. To this end, we offer many different counseling support services to connect students and families with the information and resources they need to be successful. If you or your student need counseling please contact the front office or reach out to our student support team.

The Frederick High School Counseling Department is fully committed to meeting the emotional, academic, and social needs of each and every student.  Counselors provide the support, guidance, and caring necessary for all of our students to achieve success.  Students are encouraged to go to the counseling office during study halls, lunchtime, time releases, passing periods, or during class with the permission of the teacher.  Students are assigned to counselors alphabetically based on the first letter of their last name.
